I have a traffic ticket question (Arizona)!?

Ok today i was driving, got pulled over for speeding 15mph over speed limit. didn’t have insurance, so i got fine for no insurance and speeding, they took my license plate said i gotta get insurance to get it back. I got insurance do i go to dmv with proof of insurance and will they give me my license plate back? also to get the speeding ticket taken off my driving record what dds class would i got to?

I could be wrong, but I would go to police station with proof of insurance. Would think police dept. has your plate.
