75/70 speeding in Michigan.?
I have a speeding ticket today on the way back on the highway. I tried to take the police officer and accilerated my car to 80 mph. Seduced me and gave me 75 mph (5 over the limit) Note. He said that the bill contains no points in my file, but I pay $ 120 fine. I have basically 2 questions about this incident. Question 1: I took when I was 100 miles from my home in the same state. For the Court authorized to contact is 100 miles from home. I want to go to court and fight the ticket. Can I go to my local courts to fight against against the case and not go 100 miles? Question 2: Should we even bother to go the court? Do I pay the fine? I told him I was going 75 mph when he shot me. Is the video of that? And if you go to court what should I say out of this safely? Thank you all for taking the time to answer this, I expect forward answers and ideas.
Yes, you must go to the jurisdiction of that ticket to the fight, but if the agent has on the radar you'll be able to beat the ticket, so if I were you, just pay and llaman''una lesson learned. "I lived Michigan for over 40 years. and I had my share of speeding, especially when I was younger. (Governments No living there Furthermore, local level are too corrupt.)
