Speeding ticket BC How do I ask?

I live in Vancouver and got a speeding ticket for hope, when I was in my Roadtrip. I want to challenge, but I choose to go to court in Vancouver, instead of hope?

In the U.S., it is a legal term called "place". It takes a case to be heard in the same jurisdiction as the crime. I am sure that Canada has something similar. Should be cleared it would have to pay the agent travel to Vancouver to testify. I do not see that happening.
