The Veterans Administration MEDICAL STUFF !?
Does anyone know how i would go about getting a certified copy of an audiology test and the results of it from the VA clinic in Tallahassee, FL. i have to appear in court in 5 weeks on an obstruction of an officer charge where I was not able to hear him and when i said i had a hearing problem he laughed at me and took me to jail ! because i failed to produce my ID fast enough. Apparently he asked me 5 times before I heard him even speaking and then i didn’t know he was speaking to me ! This happened at a road side safety check point where I was a back seat passenger. I didn’t hear him and really wasn’t paying any attention to him since I wasn’t driving. I have been calling the VA in Tallahasse for 2 days now and get nothing but the recorded messages ! press 2 and then back to another series of messages, Ultimately sending me back to the original message and then it start all over again !
I take it that you are not close to Tallahassee?
You should be able to go to any VA facility and with all the proper ID get a copy of the test, as it is most likely on their computer database.

You should exercise the In-Person Authentication option while there as it will allow you to download copies of your data under the “Blue Button” option.
Q: What will In-Person Authentication allow me to do?
A: Using My HealtheVet, you will have access to portions of your official VA electronic medical record and be able to:
•Refill your VA medications by medication names – not just the ‘Rx’ numbers
•View VA Wellness Reminders
•Participate in Secure Messaging, where available (Secure Messaging is being rolled out to Primary Care Clinics across the VA in 2011)
•View VA Appointments (2011)
•Use Blue Button to view, print and download information in your My HealtheVet account, including parts of your official VA electronic health record as it becomes available.
