I rented a car and am new to the UK, how do I know if I have a ticket for (speeding / traffic lights)?

I hired a car from National Car Rental and am new to the UK, how do I know if I have a ticket for the (excess Speed / lamps veiled it) if I get tickets will be sent to the National Car Rental? (and later turned to me ?)… appreciate real answers.
