Should I go to the interview?

I was recently accepted for a job and the company gave me a verbal offer and a start date tenative. However, do not "officially" done with a background check. I can only think that concerns me is a little misdeamor (possession of alcohol), who had 15 years ago. Nothing really, because they hope that by speeding. I noticed this in the application. Now another company has asked me to interview business and travel in Texas. Should I refuse the offer interview? I really want to work for the company that gave me the offer. My first elected.
