california traffic school license
¿I can make the right choice for traffic school if not I have a license?

First of all, I live in California. I received a speeding ticket (offense) and I was wondering if I can take traffic school because they have not a license, one license. for medical reasons and my "license" was suspended for six months. So I can have the option of the school traffic without a license?

I see no reason why his license was suspended for one act. If your county handles juvenile and adult tickets to the same way, which will probably be able to go to school traffic if their speed was less than 25 mph over the limit. If your department has a traffic court for minors may be allowed to go.

The Planet Could Be A Safer Place If Everybody Was A Defensive Driver

Bad drivers are the cause of most accidents that occur on roadways. At issue is the truth that most of the people who are harmed during collisions are not the ones who actually caused them to happen. While it might not be what you would like to do, you need to be a defensive driver any time you put your key into the ignition of your car. The only smart way to drive, is to keep alert, and watch the other drivers, ready for what they might do.

Many tactics are available to help you be able to handle whatever happens when you find yourself at the wheel of your car. Among the best things to do is always to persistently be on guard. When driving a vehicle, it’s not time to be talking on the phone, or speaking to someone in the backseat, or even sightseeing. The goal of driving should be to move you and your passengers from one location to another uneventfully. At any time that you have to deal with a distraction whether it’s talking to other people in the car, talking on the phone, turning on the radio, or checking your makeup in the mirror, you’re increasing your chances of having an accident.

Even though more and more places in the United States and around the world have made talking on cell phones while driving illegal, people keep doing so anyway. Driving with one hand over the steering wheel and one hand on the mobile phone can cause a lot of problems as your attention is not fully on the road. It won’t take much to become so engrossed in your discussion that you don’t become aware of what is happening on the road. If you experience the need to swerve to avoid something, you might not even be able to react if your concentration is not there. You never know when an unexpected obstacle will get in your way, so it is essential to stay alert.

Remaining aware is important, especially when it comes to debris in the road, or even potholes. Most roads are pretty much safe to drive on, but harmful things can get on the road, like stuff falling off a garbage truck, or a construction vehicle, and also many places rocks can roll down onto the road. Most of these things can end up being the reason behind an accident waiting to happen. Should the driver unknowingly comes across something in the road when he is driving at normal speed, his car will experience some damage even if it is relatively minor. Sad to say, it might even cause you to be in the middle of a major accident, either single car or multi-vehicle. Without doubt, there have been numerous times when you had to move quickly so you wouldn’t hit something in the road and you can only imagine what would have happened if you were not paying attention.

It really is imperative to monitor your surroundings when there’s a possibility of animals coming onto the highway or if you’re in a location with many pedestrians and cyclists. A defensive driver will be on the alert for them at all times. It will be a pity if you wounded someone with your careless, inattentive driving when they were doing nothing wrong.
