Ok I got into a fight, as two years ago and has been accused of assault.I hired a lawyer and had reduced to a dissordly. I havent been in any other problem and I have nothing else in my case except for some tickets too speed. I can get my deleted folder?

Hi Ryan. Fault (in Ohio) can be deleted after 12 months. Go to the Clerk of Courts office in the county of arrest or conviction and request a motion to request the cancellation. It is a small application. Complete and submit again to the office Clerk, with a filing fee. You do not need to appear in court on this motion. You will be notified by mail.
