I was wondering if having a traffic felony would prevent me from having any type of job in the health field?

I am 25 yrs old and live in the state of Illinois where i have a traffic felony for D.U.I. Wasn’t anything horrible that happened to be a felony….just random stops. I didn’t get in any or cause any accidents and there was no reckless driving involved either. i was wondering if having a traffic felony on my record would prevent me from getting into a health career of any sort. I mean anything from a personal trainer to a RN. I know some laws differ from state to state so if anyone is aware of the laws for Illinois of Tennessee (i might plan on moving there) that would be help full. Thanks a lot!! If you have DUI’s shsouldn’t get a job in health field whether it is felony or not. Felony is felony. If you cannot be a felon, then doesn’t matter what it is.
