OK, so I was driving on the road, and this policeman on a motorcycle, was divert all … I suppose to stop the traffic, i have no clue why he did … I was in a race to get to my workplace … increased by about 7 …. 8 minutes finally got off the road, I pull my car and got it to 95 miles per hour, later I see is the same cop in my mirror mirror with its lights on, asked me my license and registration back of the bike and returned with a note … and wrote more than 100 miles … speed of 110 … I like anything I was … A ticket is a ticket and I deserve it …. but I found that if you go over 100 miles per hour is a crime to get 2 points and your license is suspended ….. my question is: What can I do to show that was less than 100 miles per hour, not getting my suspended license …. I need my license for work and school …. Btw I live in California

If you need your license so bad, should not do things to do than be suspended. You can not prove was less than 100 miles per hour, but they showed was speeding. You may want to see if you qualify for a hardship license.
