How to eliminate past traffic points of my record?

About 3 months ago I had a driving citation writting off. They caught me using my cellphone and I made the terrible mistake to pay the ticket without going to court. Now I have points on my insurance record and it has gone up to $500 a year. I know if I had gone to court a judge could have probably send me to traffic school and pardon the points, but now 3 months later, what can I do?

I don’t know what state you live in but here in Florida Blockbuster has a video traffic school you can rent and there is a test or something by phone and you can have points deducted it is like $50 I believe
