How do I find traffic tickets that I received but aren’t on my driving record due to taking traffic school?

I’m trying to get into a law enforcement career and am trying to be completely honest when it comes to my background. I’ve got a copy of driving record from the DMV but it doesn’t have any of the tickets I got removed from taking traffic school. I know a law enforcement agency can still find out so I want to disclose those as well. But I don’t know how to find out when I got them and for what the exact violation was.
