I am 16 years old and had a strong second in Texas?

I took the defensive driving for the first but has a second. Can they really take my license? or will not be able to do defensive driving again? How much and if my insurance go up?

In any event registration will be deleted once they reach 18, I am not sure of the punishment, as some judges may be negotiated with.
