Fined in Texas for something I did not?

I received a letter yesterday morning from a law firm Houston, saying they represented the Galveston County for collections. He said I had a traffic ticket for speeding with a price and a choice of options (guilty, innocent, tender, etc.) So I called the company that sent me the letter and told me that I received the ticket in 2004 for speeding in a car that has never been anyone in my family, and not usually go in Bacliff. This is called impersonation false and obstruction the legal requirement or process in which I was a cop. Some people use other names for tickets. I bet it's someone you know at some point in their lives, used his name. You need a lawyer and get from the bottom of this as soon as possible, review your credit report and who may be using his name to obtain credit cards, etc.
