How long should I wait to refund a Money Order?

I ordered some records from a website on 2/27/09 and the only problem is that the place where I ordered it from (Huntington Beach) is only 25-35 minutes driving distance from where I live, i’ve ordered numerous things online already from areas even closer and they’ve never taken this long. I’ve also tried contacting them before and I still have yet to receive an answer. Should I just refund it now or wait.

I would do it now.
